Each state’s building commission has different fees, typically a few hundred dollars for submission, with renewal fees usually every two years. Our fees are seperate to the comission fees. Our fees are charged hourly with no upfront payments except for your official consultation fee.
Yes you can reapply. We can manage your resubmission (billed hourly), but you’ll have limited time to do so. Each state has its own policies. However, this is traditionally a simple and fast process. Most contractors move too slow and miss the resubmission window.
There are no upfront fees. First, we assess your situation and create a plan, then provide a quote. You only pay for the services we deliver—nothing more.
Note: 30‑minute professional consultations are billed at $200 + GST. If you proceed as a client, additional services are billed hourly, in 15‑minute increments
