Builder Low Rise

If you’re planning to work on residential or small commercial projects in Queensland, the Builder Low Rise Licence is the QBCC licence class designed for low-rise construction work.

Issued by the Queensland Building and Construction Commission (QBCC), this licence allows you to construct, coordinate, and supervise the building of Class 1–10 buildings up to 2 storeys in height. This includes houses, duplexes, townhouses, and small commercial buildings such as cafes, offices, and shops.
