Licence Overview

Construction work within the specified scope:

Building work on all classes of buildings
Prepare plans and specifications that are:
- for the licensee’s personal use, or
- for use in building work to be performed by the licensee personally.

Various states may impose distinct scopes or constraints, and we will assess the prerequisites based on your specific circumstances.

Technical Qualifications

A successful completion of the Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Building) CPC60220 is required. Additional requirements to fulfill covering eligibility criteria, experience, referee reports, financials, and safety systems are also mandatory.

Previously completed qualifications are subject to review to ensure compliance with the minimum required units.
