Site Supervisor Licence

Licence Overview

Supervising construction activities within the specified scope:

Building work on all classes of buildings
Prepare plans and specifications that are:
- for the licensee’s personal use, or
- for use in building work to be performed by the licensee personally.

Technical Qualifications

Any one of the following:

Builder open technical qualifications; or
Successful completion of Advanced Diploma of Building and Construction (Management) CPC60220; or
Successful completion of the following units of competency by an RTO
- Apply building codes and standards to the construction process for large building projects CPCCBC6001;
- Manage processes for complying with legal obligations of a building and construction contractor CPCCBC6018;
- Apply structural principles to the construction of large, high-rise and complex buildings CPCCBC6014;
- Assess construction faults in large building projects CPCCBC6016.

Previously completed qualifications are subject to review to ensure compliance with the minimum required units.
