Class 2 building (1 or 2 storeys)

Class 10 building attached to a Class 1a or Class 2 building if constructed at the same time as the Class 1a or Class 2 building

Retaining wall (whenever constructed) not attached to a Class 1a or Class 2 building (building dependent on retaining wall)

The value of the work is at least $12,000 and above

Technical Qualifications

Successful completion of the CPC40120 Certificate IV in Building and Construction (Building)

Experience
At least 3 years’ experience building houses and townhouses and/or Class 2 units up to 2 storeys.
