EFLR: Transforming Corporate Strategy with AI Education Solutions & Innovation

February 14, 2024

In an era dominated by technology, our daily routines are intertwined with unfamiliar advancements. This can be considered a challenge to human intelligence or as an opportunity for unprecedented growth. Embracing the latter perspective involves recognising AI as a powerful tool capable of augmenting our intellectual capacities, fostering innovation, and catalysing positive change.

The world’s most successful EXO’s; Tesla, Google, and Airbnb

From a business standpoint, navigating this is crucial for contemporary commercial success. Companies that embrace and integrate technology into their operations position themselves as pioneers in shaping the future. A prime example of this is embodied in the concept of ‘EXO’ – an Exponential Organisation crafted around principles of agility, flexibility, and disruption.

EXOs prioritise innovation, utilising cutting-edge technologies to reimagine traditional business practices, and challenging established norms. In doing so, they not only adapt to the demands of the modern age but actively contribute to shaping its trajectory. This approach ensures that businesses not only survive but thrive in an era where adaptability and forward-thinking are essential.

Such, it was time for us to reimagine our strategy. Techskill Academy, along with our affiliate brands National Licensing and Open Education Academy; operate under a larger parent company previously referred to as Polymath Group. We have rebranded our parent company to better reflect EXO strategy and the services we provide.

EFLR, an acronym for Experiment, Fail, Learn, Repeat, is not just a brand; it’s our essence. Our journey began when our founder, Lawrence, stumbled upon a Startup Vitamins poster in San Francisco, USA, resonating with the four key verticals it depicted.

In a three-month search for a new brand name, with an available domain and company identity, Lawrence faced continuous late nights. It was during one of these sessions that the breakthrough happened – the Startup Vitamins poster, “Experiment, Fail, Learn, Repeat” – EFLR. Suddenly, it wasn’t just a phrase; it was a reflection of who we are and what we stand for.

The global ownership of the EFLR brand marks a pivotal moment for us. It signifies more than a corporate identity; it’s a testament to our unwavering commitment to the continuous cycle of Experimenting, Failing, Learning, and Repeating. EFLR is not just a brand; it’s a journey, embodying the very soul of our business philosophy.

As an innovator in the business market, we work with corporate partners to upskill and qualify their staff with the key skills and qualifications needed to perform their roles. Going beyond this, EFLR also provides workforce solutions, staff retention strategies, and comprehensive turnkey services. Such, we aim to enhance the Australian business market.

Elevating our corporate clientele into the future; EFLR introduces principles of adaptability, scalable learning, and transformative technology through AI-driven practices to inspire corporate growth. In turn, aligning with our Massive Transformative Purpose (MTP).

“Create commercial AI education solutions that disrupt traditional models – and positively impact the lives of over 1 million people in the process.”

Welcome to EFLR. Welcome to the future.
